Julie Chen Moonves, who was among the first hosts and moderators of The Talk (a Daytime Emmy Award winning talk show), returned August 5 for the 22nd edition. The real reason she was interested in the show came after she began writing and received an Emmy. She also won one Emmy award for exceptional host of a talk show. From 2002 until the year 2010, Chen Moonves was the co-host for CBS News' morning weekday broadcast The Early Show. Her previous roles included anchoring CBS Morning News and The Early Show. Chen Moonves was tasked with reporting from Cairo after 9/11. She went down and talked to the father who led hijackers for an eye-opening and captivating interview.
