Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform @annephung where I share my life- the highs the lows and everything between. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America together with my family, including my brothers and parents when I turned one and a half. Without my parents' devotion to perseverance and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even be here sharing my life. My parents inspired me and helped me to become successful. It was my plan to go to school, graduate and get an employment that was good. After that, I was looking for a wife and kids. While I believed this was the definition of success, life had different plans. The year was 2013, and I discovered that I didn't like being in my company job. Status and money did make me feel happy. I thought I was just wasting my time in exchange for money. While I moved to a new path in life I realized that personal training was my passion. I have a love for exercise, enjoy being around people and helping them. The business I started in the year 2014. I am celebrating my seven-year anniversary this year. In this field, there are not many Asian females. To lead in my industry and to provide high-quality coaching and enable others to achieve better health and happiness by creating a healthy lifestyle to meet their needs and help them achieve their goals. In addition, I strive in empowering others to achieve their dreams and goals in order to achieve whatever they wish to do. As I started my profession, the loss of my mother was the biggest blow to my life. After an eight-year struggle with Scleroderma, she is currently resting on Heaven. I will never forget her and will always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. It's incredible how life can give us the exact lessons we need even when we do not realize it. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways and I believe my mom gave me a second opportunity to live my life after her death. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also for me to have my second chance to live the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. What I'm experiencing at the age of 30 is an experience of awe and vitality. It feels like I am truly living, and not just existing. The purpose of the story I am sharing is to show you that, you are not alone. I would like you to feel that love is real and that a therapy session can be common. Health is the most important asset you have. My hope is that you will live every moment to the fullest and have a end is without regrets because that's all we can count on for the rest of our lives.
